Anna is taking a moment of self care while wearing her Chakra Intimates Ivory Unity Tank with Power Girlshort

Our “Your Chakra Is Showing” influencer series highlights remarkable women chosen for their unique voice and commitment to female empowerment. Our champions demonstrate feminine strength, personal growth, and a commitment to themselves and the planet every day.

Anna Rahe has a palpable desire for helping others live their best life possible through the transformation and understanding of pain. Her quest for freeing her own body of pain and limitation birthed the creation of GST; a whole body fascia conditioning system which she describes as "a living science that will constantly be in the process of creation. It will continue to self-correct and adjust as it seeks to explore, understand and know more."

Anna's life is an example of this constant state of flux and flow as she lends herself and relies on the support of some amazing female friends and colleagues to strive for growth and symmetry. Her first book is due spring 2019.

Q:What made you decide that you wanted to support women with your voice?

A: Women are the superior sex capable of astounding things. They are the motivators and instigators of change. As a mother of two girls I feel it's necessary for the health and future of our planet to support the feminine and women as a whole.

Q: Was there a specific moment when you said, “I’ve got to do something now”?

A: Not really a specific moment because it has always been my passion to work with women who are passionate and driven. What I do is not solely focused on women but on helping people in general. I have a genuine deep love and interest in all people and their stories.

Q: Was there a time in your life when you needed support?

A: Yes, often. As a entrepreneur and pseudo single mom of 2 very young girls I always need support as my husband is away for his work much of the time presently.

Q: Where did you find that support?

A: I have incredible women in my life that are not only my friends but also a source of support professionally. It's truly a blessing to have a foundation of friendship with the people you trust to assist you achieve your professional and entrepreneurial goals and visions.

Q: Did you intentionally decide to be an influencer or did it happen as a result of something you did?

A: I humbly accepted the role of influencer as a role and consequence of what I have been called to do as a teacher and wellness advocate. Its a high compliment to do something others value and find important to their lives. Its a great honor but also comes with great responsibility.

Q: What does it mean to you to be an influencer?

A: To me, an influencer is a person who people find value in their contributions to their community or society as a whole. I'm honored that the gift I've been given in this field of healing has been beneficial and a blessing to the lives of those I've worked with. Positively influencing others goes beyond capturing the intellectual idea of popular opinion and culture. To me an influencer also should echo the deeper sides of soul resonance with values that enhance the heart and soul of human existence. This is truly my biggest aim when working with someone.

Q: How would you describe power for a woman?

A: Power for anyone is simply living a deeply authentic life. It requires changing your definition of perfection from what others have defined as perfect. It is striving for the growth of your personality towards symmetry and balance. It is striving for the refinement of all qualities; not favoring some and hating others. This can quite possibly be the biggest challenge for most women to overcome, but through daily inner and outer work, it is totally achievable. Helping anyone, but especially women get to this is what I live for.

Q: Do you think vulnerability is an asset or a detractor?

A: Genuine vulnerability is always an asset if exposed from a place of fullness as opposed to emptiness.

Q: How do you structure your day?

A: Loosely. I find that structure has to be fluid for me at all times.

Q: How important is factoring “me” time?

A: Me time is really a state of mind so I find it even in moments connecting with others if it gives me a sense of true fulfillment and joy.

Q: What does “me time” look like for you?

A: Right now I can't do all the things "I" want because my babies need me, but because I want them so badly they ARE my "me" time. They are the precious bundles of love that restore me on so many levels...even in the chaos there is joy. I may have to squeeze and scream into a few pillows from time to time ...but the dynamics of that is still pure joy; it is life, my sweet life.

Q: Where do you look for energetic support?

A: For me GST is restorative and is the energy source that allows me to move through my day and life with grace. When you nurture your body you are really nourishing your soul; they are one and the same things. Often we live our lives with out giving attention and care to the one thing that keeps us alive. Through healing my body I found unlimited access to energy. As the pain dissolved and my body restored so did my life. It's awe inspiring to know how much your body loves you, and if you give it some love, it will give you 1000 times more back.

Q: How important is buying with eco-awareness?

A: Intention and mindfulness are essential in any choice; why should it be different when shopping?

Q: How do you think we can impact this planet if we bought with preserving it in mind?

A: We could and can have a huge impact on the planet if everyone was buying mindfully. Buying less but buying better quality is an easy start for anyone. I just did a full house clearing and decluttering, looking at every item and asking myself if it brought me true joy and if I really had a need for it. I would highly recommend everyone take the time for that. It really puts things into perspective about impulse purchasing and buying what it we don't need or what lasting impact each item will have in our lives and the planet.

Q: What are your top 3 tips for staying happy, whole and successful?

A: Seek out the highest universal values of truth, beauty and goodness in each encounter with life and when all seems fraught rely on grace to hold you, then bring that renewal of spirit into your life to share with others. It really is the sharing of good energy in it's many forms, that keeps us all happy, whole and successful.

Q: What is your wish for the woman that you support?

A: That they can celebrate all things, get out of their own way sometimes and rely on the love they've cultivated in their lives and relationships to help carry the load when it feels like too much.
